MINIMUM SPEND AND FEES

There is a $1500 minimum spend

There is a minimum of 30 pcs order per food item

A holiday staffing surcharge of 20% will apply on major holidays

$100 fee will apply for catering on the strip or in any high rise building

There is a setup fee of $3pp for anything not brought in by Finesse Catering

Cake cutting fee is $1.5pp for stationary, $2pp for tray passed

 

WHAT WE PROVIDE

We provide elegant disposable plates and flatware and clothlike napkins for all buffet items. We provide small disposable plates with small cocktail napkins for all stationary small bites. We provide all tray passing trays, vessels, mini spoons/mini forks and cocktail napkins for tray passed items. We provide disposable 9oz cups for all bar packages. We provide a wide portable bar upon request for all liquor packages. We provide buffet tables with linens for all stationary and buffet displays. We provide all serving utensils. We do not provide high boys/cocktail tables or dinner table/linens. Please contact RSVPPARTY.com or call (702) 878-0144 for rentals. 

 

DEPOSIT/CANCELLATIONS/FINAL COUNT

A deposit of $1000 must be made online at www.finessecateringandevents.com in order to secure your booking at least 7 days prior to the event.  If cancellation is made 14 days prior to event, 100% of deposit will be returned. If cancellation is made 7 days prior to the event, 50% of deposit will be returned. Deposit will not be returned if cancellation is made fewer then 7 days prior to the event. The final amount must be paid on the day of the event by cash or check. Final count must be made 7 days prior to your event. You may add items to or increase your order with 3 days notice prior to your event. If client requests to pay remaining balance through credit card a 3% fee will apply.

 

TASTINGS

Tastings are offered at $100pp for up to 2 people with up to 6 menu choices (may be limited depending on availability of ingredients). This $200 will be deducted from the final bill. Any additional people or added menu items over the 6 choices will be charged appropriately and will not be deducted from your final bill.

 

 

STAFFING

• Tray pass Finesse servers are $60 per hour (2 hour minimum)
 

• Finesse Bartenders are $75 per hour (2 hour minimum)

 

• Finesse Chefs (10% of food bill) will apply to all non drop off events

 

• Barback service is $30 per hour (2 hour minimum)

 

Chefs include: delivery, setup, assembling on site, maintaining food, maintaining cleanliness on food stations, and full cleanup of kitchen or prep area.

 

DROP OFFS

We offer drop off service for certain menu items.This is only recommended for platters, graze tables or buffet items. No staffing charges for drop offs.

 

CLEANUP

Any items (equipment, disposable items) brought in by Finesse Catering will be removed. Any areas used by Finesse Catering (kitchen, counterspace, work area) will be thoroughly cleaned. Any items not provided by Finesse Catering is not our responsibility to clean or remove, please contact your rental company or cleaning company to arrange this service.
